We are proud to be transitioning into the role of Caretaker and Property Manager across the Hamilton Reach community. This step is a natural evolution from first realising the vision for the site a decade ago as the developer of this now thriving community. This combined with our experience of creating homes, shopping centres, commercial offices, long-term secure rental properties and mixed-use places, ensures our capability to leave a positive legacy at Hamilton Reach.

Caretaking


As Caretaker across the community, our onsite team of building managers are your first point of contact for enquires, and are available to review and co-ordinate all property maintenance. The onsite nature of our role of caretakers allows us to offer passive surveillance and ensure the safety and security of properties at Hamilton Reach. Our team have a vested interest in the well-being of the community and residents.

Property Management


The Frasers Property Management team has more than 12 years’ experience operating in Queensland, with a portfolio of 550 properties locally, and nationally our team have 3041 properties under management. Not only are the numbers strong, but we understand the human side of property management through our commitment to Community Development and put residents at the heart of everything we do.

The 24-hour surveillance of the residences across the community provides peace of mind and is supported by a daily patrol conducted by the local Port Security.

The building managers are responsible for organising and supervising property maintenance, and are diligent in providing recommendations for preventative maintenance.

We pride ourselves on communicating all matters through to residents, so they are kept well informed. Our team believe that attention to detail is crucial.
Tenant selection
We employ some of the industry’s most rigorous tenancy selection processes to ensure you get the best possible tenant in the shortest possible timeframe to maximise return.
Solutions
While we know that from time-to-time problems can arise, our professional team takes a proactive approach to provide solutions, and see it through to the very end.
Full service
As property manager, we can handle approval, payments and receipting of all bills associated with the management of your property according to your personal requirements.
