Frasers Property Delivers Eight “River Homes” In Master Planned Hamilton Community.
Frasers Property Australia’s $700 million master planned community “Hamilton Reach” is preparing to deliver a new collection of freehold residences fronting the Brisbane River. Hamilton Reach sits on the eastern peninsula of the Hamilton urban renewal area and has realised sales of more than $310 million since its launch in 2011. Among those sales in the $26 million enclave are 60 $1 million-plus homes – the highest sale achieved so far was $2.8 million for a terrace home at The Keelson.
The community will include eight residences, “River Homes”, designed in collaboration with Rothelowman Architects. Frasers Property General Manager Cameron Leggatt labelled the River Homes as a level of luxury above that which is already on offer in Hamilton Reach. “The River Homes collection will redefine […] riverfront living on Brisbane’s north shore,” Leggatt said.
The River Homes are two and three-level residences, all with four bedrooms and four bathrooms plus a powder room and a separate dedicated study area.
The three-level homes, which feature nine-metre-high ceilings in the main living areas, have a private internal lift. Two-level homes also boast grand living spaces with six- metre-high ceilings. All River Homes have two-car garages. The River Homes residences also boast additional features including butler’s pantry, sparkling water functions and wine cabinets. “The open-plan designs have taken the sub-tropical climate into account with outdoor spaces complete with private plunge pool and spacious interiors,” Leggatt said.
River Homes residents will have direct access to the river walk which leads to the green space including waterfront parks and walking tracks within the Hamilton Reach community. The River Homes collection is expected to be officially launched to the market in September with construction poised to start in early 2018.
