We’re excited to share that we’ve now fully transitioned into the role of Property Operations here at Hamilton Reach. A big thank you to everyone who has supported us through this process, including the RPC team, the on-site Caretaking teams, all of our residents, and the Frasers Property team. It’s been a pleasure working closely with the on-site teams to better understand how we can improve processes, gather feedback from staff and residents, and gradually introduce positive changes.

While it will likely take about twelve months to see the full benefits of Frasers Property management, we’re already hearing some wonderful feedback from both staff and residents. Our main goal is to improve communication and make positive changes where they’ll be most helpful and practical for the community.

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone who can make it to our upcoming community meet-ups for a bite to eat, an opportunity to meet with the Frasers Property team and some great neighbourly conversation..
