Development Update

Frasers Property is thrilled to have successfully transitioned into the role of Caretaker and Property Manager for the Hamilton Reach community. Many of you may have already met Tonia Wright, who will be leading as Property Operations Manager. We are also pleased to have retained the dedicated onsite Building Managers for each of the buildings. After a decade of supporting the community's development through our partnership with RPC, we are excited to now engage directly with all residents via our on-site management team. In other news, we continue our collaboration with EDQ on the final 114-site development at Hamilton Reach, and we will provide an update as soon as we are able. Additionally, you may have noticed several development proposals for sites adjacent to Hamilton Reach. These include a 201-unit social and affordable housing project by Brisbane Housing Company and a 153-bed Aged Care Facility by Rockpool. We look forward to welcoming these new residents to the broader Northshore Hamilton community and sharing the wonderful lifestyle this area offers.
