Welcome to the latest Port Coogee Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how Port Coogee is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of this vibrant coastal community and world-class marina.

Construction Progress

We are very happy to announce that the Certificates of Title have been issued for this stage in November. We wish our purchasers all the best for settlement and welcome to the community. A reminder that the letterbox keys for your home will be provided at settlement.

The landscaping works to the south of this stage is well and truly advance with footpaths currently under construction and initial infrastructure being prepared for both the landscaped and grassed area. Our contractors LD Total are on program to deliver this green space in the first quarter of 2024. 

There is a dust mitigation plan in place.
