Construction Progress

We are thrilled to share exciting news about the progress at Omeo Edge! The construction of civils for your new home or investment at Port Coogee has been successfully completed. 🎉

Here are the key updates:

1. Premium Coastal Land Lots Ready: The premium coastal land lots within this stage are ready for you to commence building your dream home. Whether it’s a permanent residence or an investment property, you can now take the next steps toward creating your ideal living space.
2. Southern Peninsula Landscaping Completion: All landscaping works for this stage have been finalised. We take pride in delivering soft landscaping, picnic shelters, gym nodes, and walkways along the groyne overlooking the stunning Indian Ocean. These amenities are designed to enhance your lifestyle and provide a beautiful environment for residents and visitors alike. Take advantage of the picturesque surroundings and explore the green spaces.
3. Public Amenities: The City of Cockburn is in the final stages of planning to provide public toilet amenity near the Omeo shipwreck area. This essential facility will enhance convenience and accessibility for everyone. Anticipated works are scheduled to commence within the next 12 months.
4. Waterfront Park Design: We’re excited to announce that the design phase for the Waterfront Park has commenced. This park promises to be a vibrant community hub, offering recreational spaces, relaxation areas, and more.
5. Next Residential Stage: Planning for the next residential stage on the Peninsula is already underway. Stay tuned for further updates as we continue to develop this exceptional community.

April 2024 was a busy month at Port Coogee and we’re looking forward to an exciting schedule of events happening in and around Port Coogee next month. Check out what's coming up below.

Music in the Park Event

Date: Sunday 19th May

Time: 3-6pm

Location: Coromandel Approach Park

Bring a picnic and enjoy some great music and face painting for the kids! Free event for Port Coogee neighbours to enjoy and connect. This event is organised by the PCCA events team and supported with a City of Cockburn small community grant.

 

Port Coogee Clean Up Day

Date: Sunday 26th May
Time: 9-11am (with a sausage sizzle afterwards)

Join in the neighbourly clean-up day for the whole family. Organised by residents for residents. Please register here for catering purposes!
