Construction Update

Welcome to the latest Frasers Landing Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how Frasers Landing is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of this idyllic riverside community surrounded by nature.

Construction Progress

Excluding some minor works to this stage, construction is complete and titles have been issued. Energisation of this stage by Western Power should be finalised by July. Following this, the completion of intersection road works can be undertaken at the junction of Bickley Crescent and Lakewood Parkway as well as the footpath along Lakewood Parkway in front of Lots 404 to 411.

Our landscaping contractors will commence greening the public open space over the coming months.

Community Update

Mandurah Community Gardens

Just across the road from Frasers Landing, this dynamic group of volunteers have had a busy May! With a local art exhibition from members and a fully booked workshop on ’Growing Your Own Microgreens' there's always something fun to do at MCG. A list of regular services at MCG includes: Tool and Book Library, Containers for Change, Recycling, Donations such as pottedplants, pots (anything for gardening to avoid landfill), Worm Products for Sale and Training on Worms (booking is required), Children's play area, Seeds for Sale, Coffee and Tea. Potter around the garden (there is a list of needed jobs on the blackboard).

Rock the Boat Film Festival
