We’re excited to keep you informed about how Frasers Landing is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of this idyllic riverside community surrounded by nature.

Construction Progress

Rivers Edge Stage 3 is nearing completion with some minor brick paving and fencing to be completed. Following practical completion, street trees will be planted and verges will be landscaped. 

We are confident that Western Power issues affecting the industry will be overcome.

Practical completion is expected end of January 2024 with titles on track to be issued March/April 2024.
