We’re excited to keep you informed about how Frasers Landing is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of this idyllic riverside community surrounded by nature.

Construction Progress

Construction is progressing on program.

You can start to visualise what your home will look like within this stage, with roadworks currently underway. All services are in-ground and now it's just the final finishes needed to deliver this stage to our purchasers.

We hope to achieve Practical Completion in early January 2024 with the Certificates of Title anticipated to be issued in March/April of 2024. This stage will sit alongside a future parkland with works due to commence in the cooler months of next year.
