Construction Update

Welcome to the latest Frasers Landing Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how Frasers Landing is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of this idyllic riverside community surrounded by nature.

 

Construction Progress

Rivers Edge Stage 3 Practical Completion was successfully reached in early February. Builders and brokers can access the site as needed. We are still on schedule for the issuance of the Certificate of Titles, expected in late March to early April. Over the next 2 months, contractors will be busily adding the final touches to the stage including colorbond fencing to the sides of limestone walls, lot stair landings and various water connections. Western Power are relocating a light pole and the final reinstatement of the intersection of Lakewood Parkway and Bickley Crescent is on program.

Clean Up Australia Day! 

Join us for the Frasers Landing Clean Up Australia Day Event!

We will be joining forces with: Friends of Rivers Peel, Mandurah Environment and Heritage Group (MEHG) and the Peel-Harvey Catchment Council (PHCC) for this year’s annual Clean Up.

We've registered Frasers Landing Clean-up day. Nice and early before it gets too hot. We will be focussed on the waterways.

Time: 8-10am
Meet: Frasers Landing Community Centre ( 1 Landings Boulevard, Coodanup)
After: Morning tea
Wear: Closed shoes and sun protection

Celebrate the upgrades to Coodanup Foreshore with an ‘Afternoon at the Park’

New BBQs, picnic shelters and tables, paths and nature play equipment are now available to enjoy at the foreshore. Bring down your picnic blanket to meet your neighbours, play giant games, and share your feedback on the next phase (stage 3).

The Channel 7 Mandurah Crab Fest 
This award-winning event is jam-packed with fun, food, and festivities! Highlights include:

Crab Fest is a family-friendly event for all to enjoy, so for the weekend the foreshore is a smoke-free zone (alcohol restricted to licensed bars). Entry is FREE!

Mandurah Community Garden

Mandurah Community Garden always has interesting activities going on and is only across the road from the community centre on Coodanup Drive.
