We’re excited to keep you informed about how Frasers Landing is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of this idyllic riverside community surrounded by nature.

Construction Progress

Rivers Edge Stage 3 comprises 25 land lots including 17 front loaded and 8 rear loaded lots. These type of land lots add further diversity to what is currently on offer at Frasers Landing.

Construction commenced on site in late August 2023. Works to be completed on site include siteworks; earthworks; retaining walls; roadworks; stormwater drainage; sewer and water reticulation; underground power; and communication ducting.

The works are for an 18-week contract period. Practical completion is on track for early to mid-January 2024.

Construction is progressing well.

- Earthworks involving topsoil strip, screening, blending and import fill complete.
- Retaining walls - 25% complete. Footings have been excavated, and block installation commenced along foreshore lots.
- Sewer 95% completed.
- Drainage 80% completed.
- Water reticulation and gas has commenced.
- Roadworks to commence in early November.
