We’re excited to keep you informed about how Frasers Landing is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of this idyllic riverside community surrounded by nature.

Construction Progress

Currently, our civil contractor TRACC Civil is on site working on our premium release at Stage 3 Rivers Edge. Works are progressing on track and are programmed for Practical Completion to be reached in January 2024 with titles to follow in February/March 2024.
