Baldivis Parks Construction Update - Stage 11
Please find below the latest construction information currently underway in Stage 11.
Construction
Stage 11
The commencement of landscaping works marks a significant milestone for Stage 11 at Baldivis Parks, as it signifies the beginning of the transformation of the area into a vibrant and engaging community space. The contractor's current focus on earthworks is a foundational step in this process, involving the sculpting of the land to create varied elevations that will add visual interest and functionality to the park and public open spaces. These efforts are carefully aligned with the predetermined design specifications to ensure a cohesive and attractive landscape.
Looking ahead, the scheduled energization of the domes by Western Power in August 2024 is a critical component of the development, as it will provide the necessary electrical infrastructure to support the lots in Stage 11. This will not only facilitate the completion of the construction phase but also ensure that future residents will have access to reliable power. The careful planning and execution of these stages reflect the commitment to quality and sustainability that is at the heart of the Baldivis Parks development. Residents can look forward to enjoying the benefits of these enhancements, which are designed to enrich the community's living experience.
