Stage 11

We are excited to share the latest developments for Stage 11 at Baldivis Parks, where great progress is being made.

Key highlights:
Parkland development: One of the key features of Stage 11 is the central and north-western parklands, which are currently under construction. Scheduled for completion in October 2024, these parklands will offer residents and visitors beautiful green spaces, perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. The central parkland design includes tree-lined walking paths, providing a scenic and tranquil environment for the community to enjoy. Once complete, these parks will be great for resident to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle while fostering connections within the community.

Energisation by Western Power: We are pleased to announce that Western Power has successfully energised Stage 11, marking a crucial milestone in the development process. With electricity now available, builders can proceed with construction without delay, ensuring that new homes can be built efficiently.

Water connection: In addition to the energisation, water connections are now fully operational, providing builders with the necessary utilities.

Landscaping progress: The landscaping works within the parklands are well underway and progressing on schedule. Our landscaping team is focused on creating a beautiful, green space that not only adds aesthetic value but also enhances the overall livability of the community. The park's design aims to blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings, offering a peaceful retreat for residents and a place where they can connect.

Looking ahead:

General Construction Update

We are pleased to announce that THREE new parklands will be delivered to the community! Two parks are included as part of Stage 11 and is due for completion in October this year. A major park, which is included as part of Stage 15, will contain a variety of apparatus for the community and is due to be enjoyed by all in early 2025. Stay tuned for more details!

Welcome to our August Community Update! We’ve had a wonderful month of community activities so far and there’s still more to come! Check out what’s on below.

Dino-tastic Adventure Baldivis Children’s Forest

Baldivis has everything a family could ask for - including the gem that is Baldivis Children’s Forest! Built for families and children, it offers walk and adventure trails, a barbecue and picnic area, artwork, an amphitheatre and more. They run lots of great events including the Dino-tastic Adventure!

Join them for an exciting Dino-Tastic Adventure! Calling all young paleontologists!

Get ready for an amazing experience with a Dino Dig at Baldivis Children's Forest on 23rd June.

Children aged 4-10 years old are welcome to unearth bones and work as a team to create a new forest dinosaur fossil. They will also have the opportunity to create their very own fossil to bring home.

Pickle Ball anyone?

The Baldivis Indoor Sports Complex is one of the region's newest leisure facilities located at 531 Eighty Road, Baldivis. 
Pickleball is a racket/paddle sport in which two players (singles), or four players (doubles), hit a perforated hollow plastic ball over a net.

Games run on Wednesdays 8.30am - 10.30am and Sundays 4.30pm - 6.30pm throughout the term.
