Welcome to the latest Baldivis Parks Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how this exciting project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

Stage 11
Construction is progressing well, we are currently at road base stage - putting in curbing and setting lids in preparation for the laying of the asphalt.  The stage is on track to achieve practical completion Mid-April 2024. 

 
Whilst this construction work has been ongoing, we have completed landscape designs for the park areas within Stage 11 and we expect to commence these landscaping works immediately following the completion of civil works in April 2024.
