We are pleased to announce that the Certificates of Title were issued on the 23 April.

Civil works have experienced delay in finalising the road works, due to a lack of availability of trades, hence pushing practical completion to May.  However guided access is available for valuers only and they have been provided with this information.

This stage also incorporates two park lands and works are due to commence in May, which is on program to be completed by August.

Welcome to our April Community Update. We had a very busy month at Baldivis Parks and there’s lots more to look forward to in May. 

 

It was a very Good Friday at Baldivis Parks!

We celebrated community on a perfect WA evening with the Good Friday Easter Lantern Markets 2024! Although the event didn't start until 5pm the crowds were out in force by 4pm and ready to go! It was so great to see so many families walk and ride to the event too. With a big line-up of local markets, food trucks and local performers, the community had such a fun time. We enjoyed a visit from the Easter Bunny, kid friendly activities and the traditional Easter Scavenger Hunt. To read more about this year's Easter event click here.

City of Rockingham Native Plants Giveaway is on again for 2024!

Date: Sunday 5th May
Time: From 7am
Location: Rockingham Golf Course, Elanora Drive, Rockingham

Come along to grab 10 free native seedlings to help support native birds and bees and build an attractive greenspace without large watering requirements. Get in quick - plants will be given away on a first-come, first-serve basis. Bring along proof of address (such as a driver's licence) to show that you live in Rockingham.
