Baldivis Parks Construction Update - Stage 10B

Please find below the latest construction and community information currently underway in your neighbourhood.

Construction

Stage 10 

 

Drainage pit and pipe works are now installed in the ground and backfilled to allow progression of common services along Boorabin Drive. Limestone base course is progressing and will provide a clear delineation of the subdivision upon completion. The entire January will focus on roadworks. Practical Completion and Certificate of Titles are still on track to be granted in the first quarter of 2023.

 

Stage 18C 

The Certificate of Titles are due to be issued in January. Frasers Property will advise purchasers in this stage via email once the Certificate of Titles have been issued.

 

Stage 9 

Connection to water services with Watercorp is anticipated to be finalised towards the end of January. If your builder requires water to the site prior to this time, please ask your builder to contact your Prosperity Care Manager, Fiona Johnson who will advise of an alternative solution.

 

Local Town Centre

 

Car park asphalt have been ripped apart and stockpiled while retaining wall blocks have arrived on site ready for construction. The issuing of the Certificate of Titles are expected in late January 2023.

 

Sales Centre  

Feature decking and shade structure to the new Sales Centre is now complete. Landscaping is ongoing and due to complete end of January. The internal fitout is underway with anticipated completion in the first quarter of 2023.

 

Fencing and Landscaping Forms 

To our new residents, just a reminder that if your home is approximately 10 weeks from completion, don’t forget to complete the fencing and landscaping forms and return to me so that installation can be arranged prior to your move in.

Baldivis Parks Lantern Markets

With the Sales Centre carpark now sold, we are working with local council to have appropriate parking for future events. While we work through the logistics, we have delayed the Lantern Markets until April for now.

 

Rockingham Play Trails

Get outside with family and friends these school holidays and take part in Rockingham Play Trails. 
There are 15 Rockingham Play Trails to explore. Each trail is created to motivate families to be active, have fun and learn together in local parks.
