Let’s build a park! Stage 15 community consultation - Phase one completed.

We have completed first rounds of consultation with Baldivis Parks Residents about the new park design. Thank you to those who came along to the workshop and visited the Frasers Property Team at the Lantern Markets. It has been terrific to have the input from our local community and we are looking forward to including those ideas in the next design phase!

 

Free Front Garden Tidy Up 

Frasers Property are providing a free front garden tidy up service in preparation for Christmas. Works will commence on Monday the 27th November to approximately the 8th December.

If you do not want your front garden attended to, please email our Customer Care Manager Fiona Johnson at: Customercarewa@frasersproperty.com.au. Please include your lot number and the estate name Baldivis Parks in the subject line.

 

Halloween Lantern Markets - Wrap up

A beautiful evening at Daintree Park for the annual Halloween Lantern Markets, with loads of spooky outfits, fun kids activities and some frightfully yummy food from the food trucks!

Great to see local homebased businesses doing so well at the markets and being supported by the community!

Rock the Boat Film Festival

Baldivis Parks is again proud to sponsor the Rock the Boat Film Festival, which is now screening an exciting ‘short list’ of local filmmakers at Ace Cinemas in Rockingham. Entries categories include Under 60 seconds super short films to ten-minute documentaries. The huge awards ceremony is on November 25th and you can support  this wonderful event by following the Rock the Boat Facebook page and booking tickets directly through this link https://events.humanitix.com/rock-the-boat-film-festival
