Baldivis Parks Construction Update - Stage 10B

Construction

Stage 10 

Underground works are ongoing with sewer pipework now complete. Backfilling has commenced to prepare for stormwater drainage pipeworks. Water and gas reticulation is scheduled to commence upon finalisation of stormwater drainage.  Practical Completion and the Certificate of Titles are still on track to be granted in the first quarter of 2023.

Future Shopping Precinct

Demolition of the existing Baldivis Parks Sales Centre has commenced and is expected to be completed in the coming weeks, with works to prepare the site set to commence in December 2022.

Stage 18C 

Works to this stage are complete and we anticipate receiving Certificates of Title in December 2022.

Fencing and Landscaping Forms 

To our new residents, just a reminder that if your home is approximately 10 weeks from completion, don’t forget to complete the fencing and landscaping forms and return to me so that installation can be arranged prior to your move in.
