Construction

Stage 10 

Common services which will benefit the entire stage are in the process of being installed in conjunction with stormwater drainage works. Road preparation is due to commence along Paparone Road mid-December with common services finishing off along Boorabin Drive. The limestone basecourse will follow the excavation of the road subgrade along Paparone Road and is programmed to commence this side of Christmas. Limestone works along Boorabin Drive will be commencing in January 2023. Practical Completion and Certificate of Titles are still on track to be granted in the first quarter of 2023.

Stage 18C 

Works to this stage are complete and access is available to the site. Due to delays with the approvals process, we anticipate receiving Certificates of Title in early January 2023.

 

Local Centre

Demolition of the existing Baldivis Parks Sales Centre is now complete. Earthworks to the carpark will commence in Jan 2023. The issuing of the Certificate of Titles are expected in late Jan 2023.

 

Sales Centre 

The new sales centre has been delivered to site and the adjoining carpark is now complete. The internal fitout is underway with anticipated completion in the first quarter of 2023.

Report community hazards and incidents to the Council quickly by downloading Australia’s leading community reporting platform, the Snap Send Solve App from the App Store. Follow the steps below: 
1. Open the App
2. Confirm your location
3. Select the incident type
4. Take a photo of the issue
5. Fill and note and any additional fields
6. Send report

 

Fencing and Landscaping Forms 

To our new residents, just a reminder that if your home is approximately 10 weeks from completion, don’t forget to complete the fencing and landscaping forms and return to me so that installation can be arranged prior to your move in.

Community

‘Christmas in the Village’ Lantern markets!

Another Baldivis Parks event made great by the ‘Villagers’ of the community and our amazing Community Development Manager, Michelle Mrzyglocki.

Baldivis Gardens Primary School treated us to carols in the park followed by other talented performers. Lots of food, market stalls, Christmas crafts and a festive visit from Santa made for a great night.
