Settlement is just around the corner

We are pleased to announce that settlements in our inaugural release will begin shortly, now that we have received title registration for Release One.

Now is the time to touch base with your solicitor and financier to ensure you are ready for this exciting milestone. We also recommend you book a consultation with your builder and our Design Review Panel architect to ensure your build can start as soon as possible, if you haven’t done so already.

We look forward to welcoming you as one of The Quarry's founding residents, with event invitations to meet your neighbours at ClubQ to be shared in the coming weeks. This is a fantastic opportunity to get to know one another in your brand new private resident amenity hub and commemorate this milestone with a professional photo in front of your lot sign's sold sticker, so keep an eye out in your inbox.
