Settlement is just around the corner.

You are one step closer to building your future home at The Quarry, with the team preparing to lodge for title registrations before Christmas, and settlements expected to commence in January 2024.

As we get closer to these milestones, now is the time to speak to your solicitor and financier to ensure you are ready for settlement. Also take this opportunity to book in a one-on-one consultation with your builder and our Design Review Panel architect to ensure your build can start as soon as possible.

Our Customer Care team will be in touch this week, if they have not already, to answer any questions you may have about the title registration process and your upcoming settlement.

Christmas Closure Dates

Closed - Saturday, 23 December to Monday, 1 January.
Open - Tuesday, 2 January to Sunday, 7 January from 10am to 3pm.
