It is a pleasure to introduce myself as your Customer Care Manager at The Quarry. Having helped more than 1,700 people settle their Frasers Property purchase, I am thrilled to guide you on your settlement journey during this exciting time.

Plan Sealing and Title Registration for Release One is expected to be achieved in the coming weeks.

Now is the time to speak to your financier to ensure you are ready for settlement. Items to discuss include:

• Valuations (organised by your financier)
• Finalisation of your loan documentation (organised by your financier)
• Soil tests and site surveys (organised by your builder)
