Brookhaven Construction Update - The Grove Release Three

Welcome to your first construction update for The Grove Release Three. We will provide you with regular updates on the progress of your land from now until settlement. Construction Progress

The Grove Release Three is progressing well, as our contractor See Civil continues to achieve results amidst challenging weather conditions.

Significant progress has been made, with earthworks and boulder wall installation nearly complete. We’ve also achieved a crucial milestone in the sewer works. As the sewer network nears completion and manholes are installed, we are ready to move forward once the boulder wall construction is finalized.

Additionally, we have passed the halfway mark on the sleeper wall construction, marking another notable achievement in our project timeline.

Settlement  

We are pleased to advise that settlement remains on schedule to occur from August/September 2024. As always, our focus remains on quality and program as we work with our contractor to ensure we can settle your property as soon as possible. Should there be any change to this timing, our Customer Care team will be in contact with you.
