Plan Sealing – The Grove Release Three

Plan sealing has been achieved

We are pleased to advise that plan sealing for The Grove Release Three has been achieved and that title registration will now commence. This process generally takes between 2 and 3 weeks, and excitingly is the final step before settlements are called.

Should there be any change to this timing as we progress through the title registration process, our Customer Care team will be in contact with you.

Settlement

We are pleased to advise settlement of your land is anticipated for September 2024.

Now is the time to speak to your financier and builder to ensure you are ready for settlements and your build can commence as soon as possible.
