Brookhaven Construction Update - The Grove Release Three

Welcome to your July construction update for The Grove Release Three.

Construction Progress

The Grove Release Three is progressing well, as our contractor SEE Civil continues to gain momentum on delivery of the stage.

The installation of water mains has commenced, and subgrade preparation is now complete, providing a solid foundation for our upcoming work. This sets the stage for installing the prime and asphalt concrete later this month.

Side drains and road crossings have wrapped up, and the completion of earthworks and boulder wall construction will shortly follow.

Valuations

Early site access for valuations, soil testing and site surveys will be available from Monday, 8 Monday.

Settlement

We are pleased to advise that settlement remains on schedule to occur from September 2024.
