To ensure a smooth process for your upcoming settlement in September 2024, it is important to schedule your valuation appointment as soon as possible. Once the valuation is complete, your lender can proceed with finalising your loan for settlement.
Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.

The Grove Release Three is progressing smoothly as our contractor, SEE Civil, continues to advance steadily on this stage.
The final earthworks are now complete, as are the sandstone boulder retaining walls. The concrete sleeper retaining walls are nearing completion. We are pleased to advise that the sewer, water and stormwater services are now complete.
Final testing of our sewer and stormwater mains is underway. The asphalt has now been laid for the release, and landscaping will commence shortly.
