We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

We are excited to share the latest progress on the Reflection Homes project. Our teams have been making significant strides, and we are pleased to provide the following updates:

Homes 3101–3102

• External façade works, including cladding, flashings, painting, and downpipes, are being finalised to ensure durability and a modern aesthetic.
• Internal carpentry fix-out has commenced.

Homes 3103–3105

• External façade works have been completed, enhancing the homes' visual appeal and weather resistance.
• Balustrades and feature screens have been installed, adding architectural interest and privacy.
• Stripped scaffolding in preparation for external groundworks.
• Internal carpentry fix-out has been completed.
• Installation of kitchens and cabinetry has commenced, bringing the interiors closer to completion.
• Internal tiling works to wet areas and living spaces have commenced where required, adding to the finishing touches.

3106–3108

• External façade works have been completed, contributing to the overall streetscape appeal.
• Balustrades and feature screens have been installed, providing both functionality and style.
• Stripped scaffolding in preparation for external groundworks.
• Internal carpentry fix-out has commenced, ensuring all interior timber works are progressing as planned.
• Internal tiling works in wet areas and living spaces have commenced where required, bringing definition to key areas of the home.

Homes 3109–3111

• External façade works have been completed, finalising the external structure of the homes.
• Balustrades and feature screens have been installed, refining the homes' exterior detailing.
• Stripped scaffolding in preparation for external groundworks.
• Internal carpentry fix-out has been completed, ensuring all structural and finishing elements are in place.
• Internal tiling works have been completed in wet areas and living spaces where required, marking another step toward completion.

Homes 3112–3114

• Service rough-ins continue, ensuring essential plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems are properly integrated.
• Finalising external façade works, including cladding, flashings, painting, and downpipes, to complete the homes' exteriors.
