Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

The completion of the last slab on ground for Lots 3112 to 3114 marks a significant milestone.

Additionally, we're pleased to report the following progress to date:

• Lots 3101 – 3108: Vapour barrier and flashings have been successfully installed. Installation of glazing to the ground floor has been completed, while brickwork for homes and garages on the ground floor has commenced. Scaffold erection has begun to facilitate further work.
• Lots 3109 – 3111: Ground floor frames have been completed, laying a strong foundation for the next phases of construction.
• Lots 3112 – 3114: Ground floor frame erection has commenced, indicating the steady progress in this area of the project.
• External subgrade trimming for driveways has commenced.

Settlement Update

We anticipate settlements to occur from Quarter 2, 2025.
