Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

The teams have made great progress with the Reflection Homes project, and we are pleased to report the following updates to date:

Lots 3101 – 3108:

• Continued services rough-ins
• Commenced installation of roof coverings, fascia, and guttering
• Commenced glazing installation to Level 1.

Lots 3109 – 3114:

• Completed brickwork installation up to the first floor
• Completed structural sheet flooring installation
• Completed forming, reinforcing, and pouring of balconies
• Completed installation of ground floor windows
• Commenced measuring and installation of roof coverings.

Fonzies:

• Completed frame and truss installation.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
