We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

The teams have made great progress with the Reflection Homes project, and we are pleased to report the following updates to date:

Lots 3103 – 3108:

Concrete balconies completed

Lots 3101 - 3108:

Installation of first floor frames completed
Installation of roof trusses completed
Installation of garage trusses completed

Lots 3101 – 3108:

Service rough-ins commenced

Lots 3109 – 3114:

Installation of ground floor framing completed
Vapour barrier and flashing installation to ground floor completed
Brickwork installation on the ground floor completed
Installation of windows on the ground floor completed
Brickwork installation to garages completed

Lots 3109 – 3114:

Scaffold erection commenced
Installation of structural sheet flooring for level 1 framing commenced

Lots 3109 – 3111:

Completed concrete balconies

Lots 3112 – 3114:

Commenced forming and reinforcement placement to balconies

Lots 3109 – 3114:

Installation of trusses to garages completed

Framework underway

Garage – brickwork completed
