Reflection Homes – December 2024

Welcome to the latest construction update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

We are excited to share that the teams have made significant progress on the Reflection Homes project. Here are the updates to date:

Homes 3101 - 3102: Progress continues as these homes begin to take shape. This month the main roof has been completed, and the external cladding work has commenced.
Homes 3103 – 3105: Exciting progress is being made as the external cladding nears completion and internal plasterboard installation has commenced. The first coats of paint are expected to begin soon, adding the finishing touches to the interiors. Additionally, scaffolding is starting to come down, revealing the home’s façade for the first time and offering a glimpse of the final design.
Homes 3106 – 3108: With the external cladding nearing completion and the scaffold starting to be removed, the home will come to life. The internal plasterboard has commenced, giving structure to the interiors and bringing the vision closer to reality.
Homes 3109 - 3111: The external cladding is nearing completion, marking significant progress in the construction. With the services rough-ins now completed, plasterboard linings are set to commence shortly, bringing further definition to the interior spaces.
Homes 3112 – 3114: The first-floor framing and roof trusses are now finished, paving the way for the main roofing to begin. External cladding will also get underway soon, with plans to start removing the scaffolding in the new year.
