Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

We have partnered with OpenSpace, a platform that captures on-site photography and provides an interactive view of the construction progress of your home. We hope you find this new tool valuable. Click here to take an inside view now.

The teams have made great progress with the Reflection Homes project and we are pleased to report the following to date;

• Lots 3101 - 3105: Scaffolding has been installed and structural flooring installation completed;
• Lots 3106 – 3108: Structural flooring installation has now commenced;
• Lots 3101 - 3102: Balconies have been formed, reinforced, and concrete has been poured;
• Lots 3103 – 3105: Concrete balconies have been formed and reinforced;
• Lots 3103 – 3108: Garage frames and trusses are now completed;
• Lots 3109 - 3111: Ground floor framing has now been completed;
• Lots 3112 – 3114: Ground floor framing has commenced, ground floor brickwork installation for Fonzie garages is also completed;
• Lots 3109 - 3111: Ground floor vapour membrane and flashing installation completed and ground floor windows have been installed. The installation of brick to Lots and garages has also been completed.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
