Welcome to the latest construction update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

We are excited to share the latest progress on the Reflection Homes project. Our teams have been making significant strides, and we are pleased to provide the following updates:

• Homes 3101 - 3102: External cladding is currently underway, with internal plasterboard installation set to commence soon. This marks an important step toward completing the exterior and beginning detailed interior work.
• Homes 3103 - 3111: Stairway installations have been successfully completed, ensuring safe and convenient access between floors.
• Homes 3103 - 3105: Balcony balustrading has been installed, enhancing both safety and aesthetic appeal.
• Homes 3106 - 3108: Bathroom waterproofing has been completed. This crucial step ensures that wet areas are properly sealed to prevent water damage and maintain the long-term durability of the bathrooms.
• Homes 3109 - 3111: Bathroom screed has been completed. This process involves applying a cement-based leveling layer to create a strong, even surface, preparing the floors for tiling and ensuring proper drainage.
• Homes 3112 - 3114: External cladding and internal services rough-ins are progressing well.
• Homes 3103 - 3105, 3106 - 3108, and 3109 - 3111: Internal plasterboard installation is now complete. Over the next four weeks, significant advancements will take place, including painting, waterproofing, and tiling. Additionally, scaffolding removal will begin, revealing the homes' facades for the first time—an exciting milestone that offers a glimpse of the final look of your homes.
