Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We are pleased to share that the Occupational Certificate (OC) has now been received for Ancora.

Building B & C

We’re delighted that all purchasers have had the opportunity to visit their brand new apartment, with pre-settlement inspections (PSI) now complete throughout Buildings B and C. With the successful receipt of the OC, both the apartment buildings and all common areas are now ready for use and enjoyment. All external areas, including the basement, are completed and open for use. A final clean of the apartments, common areas such as corridors and lobbies, and external spaces will be conducted before purchasers move in.

Building A

PSIs on Levels 1, 2, and 3 are well underway, and the apartments look fantastic. Final touches to the corridors and lobbies are progressing smoothly and will be completed in time for settlement. With the installation of artwork and signage, the building shows a real sense of completion. The ground floor apartments are in the final stages of completion, with PSIs scheduled to begin shortly.

Externally, all planter boxes are complete, and the turf is laid. The footpaths and stairs are finished, ensuring full access around the project perimeter. The pool and courtyard are also completed, with water quality balancing underway in preparation for their use ahead of settlement.
