Welcome to the latest Construction Update.
We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.
Building B & C
We have started reaching out to purchasers in Building B to commence pre-settlement inspections (PSI) as of this week. Apartments in Building's B & C are now complete. Frasers Property have undertaken Quality Assurance inspections in all apartments and now the final white glove cleaning is underway. Building C invitations for pre-settlement inspections will be issued shortly.
Artwork, apartment numbers, and signage have been installed throughout the lobbies and hallways, adding the final touches to the common areas. Externally, the landscaping around both buildings is complete. The planter boxes are fully planted, and turf has been laid in the courtyard and along Cormorant Way verge. The touch of green beautifully compliments the warm tones throughout the project.
Line marking is the last thing outstanding in the basement areas of Building's B & C.
Building A
The first round of Frasers Property's Quality Assurance inspections has been completed on levels 1, 2, and 3. The ground floor apartments are awaiting the final installation of kitchen and bathroom benchtop stone before quality inspections can commence in early August.
The builder and trades are now applying the finishing touches to ensure the apartments meet high-quality standards. Additionally, the teams are focused on completing the last remaining elements in the common areas, such as corridors, lift lobbies, and the basement.
Landscaping around Building A has progressed well this month. All concrete footpaths are complete, planter boxes filled with soil and planted, and paving adjoining the Lapwing Ave verge to the lobby area complete. The facade work is nearing completion, with only the installation of the final balcony louvre battens remaining. Once these are installed, the facade will be fully completed.
The pool has now been fully tiled in a beautiful turquoise tile and will be ready for commissioning and filling later in the month.
Settlement Update
We anticipate settlements to occur from September 2024.
The below table outlines more detailed information on forecasted timings for when key milestones are anticipated to occur in the lead up to construction completing for each building, as well as forecasted timings to prepare for settlement of your apartment.
