Shell Cove Construction Update - Ancora Apartments

Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

During April, it was pleasing to see key construction resources increase to above 30 workers on average on-site per day, resulting in multiple work fronts occurring across all buildings.

Building B & C

Building's B & C continue to lead in progress, with interior finishes advancing.

The new joiner for the project has begun works to complete the outstanding joinery for the kitchens, bathrooms, and laundries in Buildings B & C, while the installation of roller blinds to all apartments has been completed.

There has been significant progress in the corridors and lift lobbies, with ongoing floor preparation and some sections of flooring now complete.

Building A

Building A has regained construction momentum this month, particularly in the corridors and lift lobbies. Inside the apartments, floor preparation is underway for the commencement of carpeting to bedroom areas, while the installation of roller blinds to all apartments is now complete.

Joinery for Building A has been shop-drawn and is currently in production , with delivery expected in mid-May ready for installation.

External Works

The final cladding panels are being installed on Ancora's signature curved parapets, anticipated to be completed in the coming weeks.

Landscaping and paving works, as well as fencing, continues around Building's B & C. The dismantlement of Building A's scaffolding is scheduled for late May, marking a major milestone, and will allow external works to commence for Building A.

Settlement Update

We anticipate settlements to occur from September 2024.
