Important update about your upcoming settlement at Ancora Apartments – Building C
The team at Frasers Property look forward to keeping you updated as construction progresses and preparing you for the settlement of your new home.
The first settlements in Building C will be occurring from September 2024. Read on for important tips and information to help you prepare for settlement of your new home.
For Building’s B and A, the Customer Care team will be in contact at the appropriate time to notify you when to prepare for the settlement of your new home.
Prepare your loan approval now
Consult your bank or financial lender to prepare your loan approval now as we are within the 3 months of settlement. Contact your legal representative if you require a copy of your contract or the deposit receipts for your loan application.
If you are settling through a loan, you’ll need unconditional approval from your lender and a signed final loan contract. This contract will need to be finalised early enough for your bank to be ready before settlement.
Get your property valued
Some lenders or banks may require a valuation of your property to assess its value.
Valuation appointments will commence throughout August 2024. When your apartment is ready for valuation, we will send through booking instructions to pass on to your financial provider.
Inspect your future home
A pre-settlement inspection allows you to inspect your newly completed apartment.
You can also take this opportunity to take any measurements you need to help furnish your home.
Inspections will commence from August 2024. You will receive instructions on how to book your inspection prior.
If you can’t attend your pre-settlement inspection, you can nominate someone else to conduct it on your behalf. Just let the Customer Care team know.
Get ready for settlement
Once the title is registered and the property has received a Certificate of Occupancy, we can confirm your settlement date. Your legal representative will receive formal notice of settlement as per the notice period defined in your contract of sale, and they can then book a settlement date with us.
