We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Currently, we're finalising the internal painting, focusing on ceilings, doors, trims, and more, to add the perfect finishing touches to the interiors. Additionally, bathroom fit offs and shower screens have been successfully installed, enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of the spaces.

The fit-off and commissioning of all plumbing and electrical items have been completed, ensuring the seamless functionality and safety of the essential systems.

Additionally, the installation of air conditioning systems has been successfully commissioned.

The sealing and caulking of all internal areas have been completed, while carpets have been laid down, elevating the ambiance with warmth and sophistication.

We're pleased to announce that the initial clean has been conducted, and the final clean has been scheduled, ensuring that the premises are immaculately prepared for upcoming client inspections.
