We are delighted to share the latest developments on the construction progress of the Dockside Homes. Significant milestones have been achieved.

The cladding phase has successfully concluded, with all surfaces meticulously painted and finished according to the project's design specifications. This not only enhances the visual appeal of the structure but also ensures durability against external elements.

Simultaneously, internal lining painting has commenced, breathing life into the interior spaces. The carefully chosen colour schemes are transforming the building's aesthetics, creating an inviting and vibrant atmosphere.

We are pleased to inform you that the waterproofing activities in wet areas have commenced, reinforcing these critical zones against moisture and ensuring the integrity of the building over time.

Additionally, the scaffold removal process is nearing completion, with 90% of the scaffold already dismantled. This marks a significant achievement, streamlining the construction site and paving the way for subsequent phases.

The exterior transformation is underway with rendering to brickwork now in progress. This not only provides a protective layer to the structure but also contributes to the overall architectural character of the building. Furthermore, the installation of sunshades and feature screens has commenced, showcasing the fusion of form and function. These elements are designed not only to enhance the building's visual appeal but also to contribute to energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
