We are thrilled to provide you with the latest developments on the construction progress of Dockside Homes. Our construction team has been hard at work, and we are proud to announce significant milestones achieved in the project.

One of the key achievements is the completion of connecting all downpipes from the roof to the stormwater system, ensuring effective drainage. Additionally, we have successfully completed the painting of external facades, waterproofing of all wet areas, installation of kitchen cabinetry, installation of stairs, and pouring of driveways (Lots 6501, 6503, 6504 & 6505), reflecting our commitment to quality and efficiency.

Presently, our teams are diligently working on several tasks including the installation of kitchen benchtops, tiling, painting of internal ceilings, and fixout items such as doors. Additionally sealing of driveways is also in progress.

Looking ahead, in the upcoming weeks, we are excited to commence the installation of shower screens and mirrors, robes, garage doors, and fitout of service items including electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning.

Furthermore, pouring of Lot 6502 driveway, the installation of tapware, basins, baths, and final fixout by carpenters will commence, enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of the Dockside Homes. Additionally, landscaping will commence to further enhance the overall appeal of the properties.
