Welcome to the latest Construction Update.
We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.
Our dedicated teams have been hard at work, and we are pleased to report significant advancements in various aspects of the Dockside Homes.
We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the glazed window installation, enhancing the aesthetics and functionality of the homes. Additionally, the installation of skylights and flashing has been completed, bringing natural light into the living spaces.
Window Installation Complete
You will be pleased to know that the façade work is also progressing smoothly. Our teams have meticulously sarked and battened out the façade.
Externally, we have initiated the roofing and brickworks installation. This critical phase will provide structural integrity and weather protection to the homes, further solidifying the project's development.
Internally, we have commenced the rough-in installation for water, gas, electrical, and mechanical systems. This step is essential for the functionality and comfort of the homes, ensuring that they are equipped with all necessary utilities.
Electrical Rough-In Installation Commenced
In the coming weeks, our teams will focus on several key tasks:
- Installation of cladding, lower roofs, and eaves to the lower roofs, enhancing the project's architectural appeal and durability.
- Commencement of the overall external cladding and rendering/texture coat installation, providing the homes with a polished and attractive finish.
- Continued progress on the installation of services rough-ins internally, ensuring that the homes are equipped with essential infrastructure.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
