Welcome to the final construction update of 2023!​

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

This month, we’re pleased to advise that we have partnered with OpenSpace, a platform that captures on-site photography and provides an interactive view of the construction progress of your home. We hope you find this new tool valuable. Click here to take an inside view now.​

We are delighted to provide you with an update on the latest developments in the construction of your future home. Currently, our dedicated teams are hard at work with the commencement of installation of insulation of final pre-sheet checks.​

The installation of the glass balustrades has officially begun, which will not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the project but also contribute to the safety and functionality of the spaces involved. Also adding shape to the exterior of the homes is the external render, as it draws close to completion.​

Simultaneously, we are thrilled to announce the completion of all roofing works for the main houses, with the 1 bedroom homes expected to follow suit in the coming weeks. This progress will culminate in the complete removal of scaffolding before Christmas, bringing us one step closer to the final vision of your home.​

Completion of lower roof works

As we eagerly approach the new year, our focus will shift towards the internal lining of walls and ceilings. The installation of joinery items, including tiling for wet areas, will commence, adding personalised touches to your living spaces.​

Our efforts will continue with external works, emphasising the completion of driveways and landscaping. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and look forward to the tangible transformation of your homes in the upcoming months.​

The next construction update will be sent to you in the new year in February, 2024.​
