Welcome to the final construction update of 2023!

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

We are pleased to share a significant update on the construction progress of your future homes. As of now, all retaining walls have been successfully built, marking a key milestone in the development process.

In the coming weeks, these retaining walls will undergo core filling, ensuring their durability and strength. Simultaneously, the in-ground drainage system has been installed, with inspections scheduled for the following weeks to ensure compliance with the highest standards of construction.

Looking ahead to the weeks leading up to Christmas, our focus will be on the installation of connecting services to garages, implementation of retaining wall drainage systems, and the backfilling of retaining walls. These crucial steps bring us closer to the next phase of construction, setting the stage for the new year.

In the upcoming year, our efforts will be strongly concentrated on laying down slabs for the houses and commencing ground floor framing. We are dedicated to maintaining the momentum of progress and are excited to embark on these key stages that bring us closer to turning your visions into reality.

The next construction update will be sent to you in the new year in February, 2024.
