Buildings C and B are advancing with the installation of living room flooring, incorporating a mix of tiles and timber across all floors. Building B has taken the lead, with the majority of apartments flooring now completed. Meanwhile, Building C is in close pursuit and will soon have all living room flooring completed as installers transition from Building B to Building C. The parallel operation of multiple tiling crews in both buildings is driving overall progress, and they will shift their focus to balcony tiling once the interior work is finished.
Building A Internal Progress
Building A continues to maintain momentum, with all walls and ceilings now fully sheeted, achieving 100% completion across the entire building. Two of the four levels have received their first coat of paint, and preparations are underway for the remaining two floors, which are set to commence painting in the coming days. Progress in wet areas remains on schedule, and tiling is expected to commence in the coming weeks.
Building B Cabinetry
Building B Ground Floor Kitchen
Over the past month, a substantial amount of joinery work has been accomplished in Buildings B & C, which sees the installation of laundries, kitchen overhead carcasses, drawers, and polyurethane doors. Additionally, the installation of stone benchtops has commenced, infusing the kitchens with an exciting glimpse of their finished appearance.
Pool Progress
Progress on the façade and roofs remains steady, with solar panels now installed on the roof. Cladding work is nearing completion in Buildings B and C, while Building A is ready to increase productivity in the coming month. This will include the installation of louvre battens and glass balustrades.
Settlement is anticipated to commence from February 2024.
