We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

We are pleased to announce that the installation of the retaining wall blockwork is well underway and progressing as planned. We anticipate the completion of this crucial phase within the next couple of weeks.​

The retaining wall not only enhances the aesthetics of the site but also plays a vital role in stabilizing the surrounding terrain.​

In tandem with the blockwork installation, we are preparing to commence the waterproofing of the retaining wall. This step is essential to protect the integrity of the wall and prevent moisture infiltration.​

Concurrently, we will initiate the installation of inground drainage and sewer systems. Proper drainage is critical to managing stormwater effectively, maintaining a safe and stable construction site, and ensuring the functionality of the entire project.
