Welcome to the latest Construction Update

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

We are pleased to advise that the Construction Certificate has now been approved, meaning works can now begin on site!

Construction documentation is also now complete, and we have initiated our procurement process in preparation for an upcoming site commencement.

This first phase will involve establishment of full site fencing and sediment and erosion control measures followed by surveying setout, earthworks, and lot benching over the next few weeks.

Excavation works for footings, installation of screw piles and in ground services will then follow.

We are thrilled to advise that site works will begin in the coming weeks. At this stage completions and settlements are anticipated at the end of 2024.

We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
