We're excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you're up to date with the development of your new community.

We are thrilled to announce that Building A's roof slab was successfully completed on Monday, March 27, marking the top-out of the structure. This is a significant milestone, as it indicates that all major concrete pours have been completed, and the building structure has reached its maximum height.

Currently, the focus is on the fitout trades, which include building services and internal walls. These trades have made significant progress on the lower levels of Building B & C, while the fitout of Building A can now begin after the ground floor was stripped of formwork in late March.

With numerous work faces open, the program is expected to become increasingly busy in late April, with an estimated peak of 120 workers per day onsite.
