Welcome to the latest Construction Update

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Activity will start to ramp up over the coming weeks to the Meridian release, with works scheduled to clear the existing stockpiles and materials in preparation for earthworks to commence. This will include geotechnical investigations to the land prior to commencing construction.

These preliminary earthworks will occur onsite whilst our teams offsite continue preparing and collating the required information for the Construction Certificate for approval by the Certifier to allow our internal construction team to commence works onsite.

At this stage, we anticipate commencing construction in Quarter 3, 2023 pending on approval on the construction certificate and achieving more sales within this release.

We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
