Shell Cove Construction Update - Meridian Homes

We are pleased to bring you the latest update, and very first update for your new home in the Meridian Release for 2023.

Our team continue to make progress with preparation works for Construction Certificate documentation prior to commencing on site. Once our team have compiled the relevant information, our team will submit the application to the Certifier for assessment and approval.

At this stage, we anticipate construction to commence in Q3 2023 as we work towards achieving more pre-sales within this release. This will enable our team to commence works onsite once the Construction Documentation has been finalised and approved.

We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
